ABOUT KAKADA*

Kakada* was eight months pregnant when she came to the SHE Rescue Home, after being sexually exploited by someone she trusted – the perpetrator is now in jail. She is happy to be in the SHE Home as her community has been shaming her.

She loves to eat fish soup and loves the colour red.

KAKADA* FAMILY

Kakada’s* has two younger siblings. She looked after her siblings while her mother worked. Panha’s* mother works in a factory.

KAKADA* FUTURE

Whilst a partner organisation has organised for the care of her daughter, she will receive counselling and emotional support from the SHE staff. She would like to have a family foster her child so she can continue studying. She hopes to reintegrate with her family in the future so she can finish school and go on to the vocational training of her choice.
